Hi, my name is Kaylan Blume, proud co-founder of Synergy. I started my entrepreneurial journey my senior year of high school; building a yacht concierge company and sold it just a year later. Following this embarkment into the business world I founded my second company, Naples Detailing, a luxury vehicle wrap and tint shop in Naples, Florida at 19 years old!
Using a combination of qualities derived from my prior business' as well as my technological advances, founded Synergy with my partner, Javier Silva. Since starting Synergy, I have been able to fulfil my purpose through helping other brands and business owners grow and prosper well beyond their expectations.

Hi my name is Javier Silva. I am a young professional based out of Naples, Florida with a strong interest in entrepreneurialism. From my past experience in real estate I have learned several skills including sales, customer relationship management, managing lead flows, campaigns as well networking with other high quality entrepreneurs and professionals within the industry to learn and grow as an individual..
That said, I had bigger dreams than just real estate and that’s how Synergy began. Realizing there was an opportunity to help businesses grow and achieve their own goals through social media, I began working towards creating a performance driven agency that educates and empowers businesses with a strong online presence.
